CAUTION

Use an IC149-100-054-B51 socket (manufactured by

YAMAICHI ELECTRONICS Co., Ltd.) for the FP-100B/TFP-

100B package IC socket on the user system.

Figure 1 shows the configuration of the HS2318ECH61H user system interface cable for the

FP-100B/TFP-100B package.
